Attitude
  • When I go to the clinic next and sit with a tube in my arm and watch the poison go in, I'm in an attitude of abject passivity. It doesn't feel like fighting at all it just feels like submitting.

  • Our judgments judge us, and nothing reveals us, exposes our weaknesses, more ingeniously than the attitude of pronouncing upon our fellows.

  • Pessimism only describes an attitude, and not facts, and hence is entirely subjective.

  • I was kicked out of school because of my attitude. I was not assimilating. So I went to work, taking any jobs I could get.

  • A lot of times I find that people who are blessed with the most talent don't ever develop that attitude, and the ones who aren't blessed in that way are the most competitive and have the biggest heart.
