Forgiveness
  • I learned a long time ago that some people would rather die than forgive. It's a strange truth, but forgiveness is a painful and difficult process. It's not something that happens overnight. It's an evolution of the heart.

  • One can't relive one's life. Forgiveness is not what's difficult one's always too ready to forgive. And it does no good, that's obvious.

  • And as I ask for your forgiveness, I also ask for your support to keep all things in perspective and keep all things in proportion. The good of nine years versus the bad.

  • I really do believe that God is love, one of deep affection and grace and forgiveness and inspiration.

  • Forgiveness is not to give the other person peace. Forgiveness is for you. Take that opportunity.
