Money
  • Money, again, has often been a cause of the delusion of the multitudes. Sober nations have all at once become desperate gamblers, and risked almost their existence upon the turn of a piece of paper.

  • I don't even know what sound is, much less what it's for. It isn't to make money that's for sure. I've never made any.

  • To buy very good wine nowadays requires only money. To serve it to your guests is a sign of fatigue.

  • I have long believed taxpayers make better use of their money than the government ever could.

  • I've been very well remunerated for my talents over the years so I really don't need the public's money.
