Nature
  • In the long term we can hope that religion will change the nature of man and reduce conflict. But history is not encouraging in this respect. The bloodiest wars in history have been religious wars.

  • We need a government, alas, because of the nature of humans.

  • There are grounds for cautious optimism that we may now be near the end ofthe search for the ultimate laws of nature.

  • Studies perfect nature and are perfected still by experience.

  • Nature is by and large to be found out of doors, a location where, it cannot be argued, there are never enough comfortable chairs.
