I have always drawn strength from being close to home.

I know that, like every woman of the people, I have more strength than I appear to have.

To us Americans much has been given of us much is required. With all our faults and mistakes, it is our strength in support of the freedom our forefathers loved which has saved mankind from subjection to totalitarian power.

It is not good to see people who have been pretending strength all their lives lose it even for a minute.

I want to thank all my fans, teammates, coaches and supporters for the strength they've given me to overcome so much.
