Truth
  • One must know oneself. If this does not serve to discover truth, it at least serves as a rule of life and there is nothing better.

  • The opposite of a fact is falsehood, but the opposite of one profound truth may very well be another profound truth.

  • The enlightenment is under threat. So is reason. So is truth. So is science, especially in the schools of America.

  • Truth is the daughter of time, not of authority.

  • This is the truth: as from a fire aflame thousands of sparks come forth, even so from the Creator an infinity of beings have life and to him return again.
