Work
  • My grandfather once told me that there were two kinds of people: those who do the work and those who take the credit. He told me to try to be in the first group there was much less competition.

  • One and one is two, and two and two is four, and five will get you ten if you know how to work it.

  • When you play, play hard when you work, don't play at all.

  • Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

  • The more that learn to read the less learn how to make a living. That's one thing about a little education. It spoils you for actual work. The more you know the more you think somebody owes you a living.
