Faith
  • Politicians are usually the first to forget that if you assume someone else is acting in bad faith, they will do the same to you. Questioning motives poisons the well.

  • Americans cannot maintain their essential faith in government if there are two Americas, in which the private sector's work subsidizes the disproportionate benefits of this new public sector elite.

  • There has to be a measure of faith. That's what this business is all about: trusting in something that may never show up, that you have no concrete proof of.
