Peace
  • We want to take good tidings home to our people, that they may sleep in peace.

  • One cannot subdue a man by holding back his hands. Lasting peace comes not from force.

  • To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one's family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one's own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him.

  • Christmas is not a time nor a season, but a state of mind. To cherish peace and goodwill, to be plenteous in mercy, is to have the real spirit of Christmas.

  • If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that my child may have peace.
