Every one, more or less, loves Power, yet those who most wish for it are seldom the fittest to be trusted with it.

What is the system? It revolves around the banks, the system is built on the power of the banks, so it can be destroyed through the banks.

Marvelous is the power which can be exercised, almost unconsciously, over a company, or an individual, or even upon a crowd by one person gifted with good temper, good digestion, good intellects, and good looks.

Before the tongue can speak, it must have lost the power to wound.
